Best value price. Very quiet, secure front door and comfortable once inside hotel. Lovely tiny room with TV, sink, table and hangers with clean toilet and hot shower down the hall. Rough area outside but nothing to worry about if you’re not out too late. Storage room available for my bicycle was very important to me and they accommodated wonderfully.

Location is great, right out of the BART station. Ignore the sketchy looking situation outside of the BART station, as mission area is generally safe.

Nothing. It was nightmare
Location, price, cleanliness, management. Microwave and coffee machine. Even shared shower was fine, woth liquid soap.
I booked 3 nights but left after 5 minutes — they offered to change my room, but that wouldn’t fix the overall cleaning problem, and the property refused to refund anything except the taxes.
It was very cheap.

The people running this hotel are great.
The only likable is that the hotel is almost directly above Bart Mission 16, and there is a nice Spanish Cafe right beside it.

There is no heat. They leave ALL the windows open to "air it out". You can close the windows in your room but by then it's freezing. The low was 57 though it's July and with no heat, that's ridiculous

It's very close to the Bart. The room and everything in it were very clean, and sharing the restrooms and shower room was never a problem.
